C.O.W.S.A.G.A. is a California nonprofit corporation founded in May 2026 by Vishnu Vardhan Manjunath, an Indian-American entrepreneur and lifelong devotee of the ancient Vedic principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam: the world is one family.

Our mission is to advance global cultural awareness, interfaith dialogue, international cooperation, and the social and economic empowerment of all peoples through permanent, institution-scale action.

Each part of our name carries a living mandate. Concept of One World affirms the foundational unity of humanity. Social Action commits us to build, not merely speak. Global Awareness is both our method and our mission.

Project Mini World, a proposed permanent 500-acre international cultural campus in the United States of America representing all 195 sovereign nations, is our flagship initiative.

A call to the world

“We write to you not from a position of power, but from a position of purpose.”

To every human being on this Earth, to the philanthropist and the farmer, the president and the child, the scientist and the saint: this call is for you.

We have mapped the human genome and landed on the moon, yet we cannot stop killing each other. Not because human beings are evil, and not because peace is impossible, but because we do not know each other. We have never sat at each other's table, heard each other's music, or looked into each other's eyes and seen ourselves.

Fear lives in the space between strangers. The Concept of One World exists to close that space, permanently.

Project Mini World: a permanent home for all of humanity

Project Mini World is not a world's fair, because world's fairs end. Not a museum, because museums are the past. Not a theme park, because theme parks are fiction. It is a permanent, living institution where every nation on Earth has an equal home, forever.

You cannot hate someone whose story you know. You cannot bomb a people whose music you have danced to. You cannot starve a nation whose mother you have met.

The Tower of Voices: Babel, reversed

Every great destination has one silhouette the world remembers. For Mini World, that landmark is a tower dedicated to humanity's languages and cultures, and the first structure we intend to build.

The ancient story

One language, scattered

In Genesis 11, Noah's descendants settle on the plains of Shinar in ancient Mesopotamia. Using baked brick and tar, they begin a city and a tower reaching toward the heavens, so they will not be scattered across the earth.

The tower is halted when their speech is confused. Humanity disperses, and the story becomes an explanation for the world's many languages and cultures. Historians link it to the great ziggurats of Babylon, such as Etemenanki.

A confluence of languages, not confusion

At Mini World, the world's languages return to one place: not merged into one, but honored side by side. The modern tower rises at the heart of the Cultural Capital, its galleries opening onto the landscapes, scripts, and voices of every nation.

Babel scattered the family. Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam gathers it home.

Sacred speech for one family

Vāṇī is Sanskrit for sacred speech. The Vani Tower of Unity carries the Unity Ascent, a monument to global social action where every visitor can register their presence and see the world's family grow in real time.

The tower anchors the Cultural Capital and serves the Interfaith & Spiritual Capital, standing at the symbolic center of the campus where two of the Ten Global Capitals meet.

In the ancient story, one language was scattered into many. At Mini World, many languages come home to one family.

One verse, rotating monthly among the world's literatures, rendered in a hundred tongues and read aloud at evening gatherings.

The Conversation Floor

Live translation lets two strangers with no common language sit and truly talk: technology's answer to Babel.

Level 4

The Script Galleries

Writing systems from cuneiform, Brahmi, and hieroglyphs to modern alphabets, with studios where visitors write their name in ten scripts.

The Living Archive

A sanctuary for endangered languages: recorded voices of elders, story-keepers, and songs, preserved with partner universities.

Ground

The Hall of Greetings

Visitors enter through a soundscape of “welcome” spoken in hundreds of languages, triggered as they pass.

Read from the ground up, the way visitors will climb it.

Signature festival

UNESCO International Mother Language Day, February 21, becomes the Tower's annual world gathering.

Naming ceremonies

Each nation's pavilion week includes a Tower moment: its language added, its elders recorded, its poets read.

Scholarship

Endangered-language fellowships with linguistics departments and a visiting storyteller residency.

On the name

We call it the Tower of Voices, with Vani Tower, Babel Reversed, and the Tower of One Family as alternates. The Babel story remains the one we tell inside it.
